Nigel qualified as a solicitor in 1991 and has practised exclusively in crime for well in excess of 25 years.
Nigel joined Owen Nash and Co in 2015 as a Partner having been a Partner at a local solicitor’s firm for the prior 20 years. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to all matters and is highly respected by colleagues and judiciary alike.
Nigel has extensive costs law experience, he was an independent costs adjudicator for the Legal Aid Agency for many years.
On a personal basis Nigel is kept busy by the activities of his children and his enjoyment of cricket which is now confined more to spectating rather than participating.
Nigel can represent you from the Police Station to the Magistrates Court to the Crown Court as he obtained his Higher Rights of Audience in 2012. Nigel has been qualified as a Duty Solicitor since the early 1990’s.
Outside of the office, Nigel is Chair of the Governors of a local primary school, a position he has held for some seven years.
Nigel deals with all criminal matters from motoring to murder.
