Sarah Froggatt is a Solicitor Advocate and Duty Solicitor.
Sarah qualified as a Solicitor in 2007, having studied law at the University of the West of England in Bristol and trained at a local Walsall firm. Initially practicing in Crime and Mental Health Law, Sarah now exclusively specialises in Criminal Defence work but is able to draw on her vast experience in the mental health system in order to assist her clients.
Sarah joined Owen Nash in October 2023 and heads the Crown Court department at the firm. She conducts advocacy in both the Magistrates Courts and Crown Courts and attends the Police Station to assist clients.
Sarah has been a Duty Solicitor since 2009 and also holds Criminal Higher Rights of Audience meaning that she is able to offer a start to finish service to her clients.
Sarah enjoys complex and challenging cases and offers a full and comprehensive service to her clients. She is supportive and caring as well as fearless in her pursuit of justice.
In her spare time Sarah likes spending time with her family and their pets. She enjoys travelling and will often be found with her head in a good book!
